Final year

I've already started my final year few days ago. And all I can say obstetrics and gynaecology looks, emm pretty convincing.

Anyhow, our first class started with basic history taking, specifically for women. So, there's menstrual history with all sorts of characters, colours and durations etc. It was all good, until the doctor kept asking us what are common complaints in gynaecology, the reasons why patients seek help. Some said, menstrual problems to which my doctor specifically asked what kind of problems. Across the class, there were answers such as pain,bleeding,swelling and finally the precious words ;

PREGNANCY

Now, is that some kind of complaints/ problems coming from a patient?

Yeah, the whole class burst out laughter.

What a way to start our final year.
